Labason falls under the fourth type of climate in the country, dry season took place between December to April, wet season is from June to October and the rest is a combination of sunny and rainy period.

Average rainfall on wet season is about 17 rainy days a month and two to three rainfalls a day.  Temperature ranges from 24oC to 32oC with prevailing northeasterly winds during October to April while southwesterly between June to mid October.  Easterly and southern wind occur occasionally every after storm or typhoon though the municipality had not yet being directly hit by typhoons.
