The Local Government Unit of Labason headed by 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐨 is honored to share that our Performance Management Team has been awarded the PRIME-HRM Level II recognition at the 2025 Regional Convention of Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) in Isabela City, Basilan Province. This achievement underscores our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our ranks. Specifically, this recognition highlights our success in implementing robust performance management systems that drive employee engagement, accountability, and overall organizational effectiveness. It demonstrates our dedication to providing our constituents with the highest quality of public service. Today, at the Labason Local Government Unit's conference room, a significant assessment took place under the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
